GMTSuite Upload Data not Possible Successfully connection between PC and PLC GLS-296R

First I connect PC to PLC via Ethernet connection

with 1234 password i successfullly connected

But when i Upload Project from PLC 

i not getting any single error

but i see continuos empty progress bar of Readding Ladder Ptrogram..

 

i can not understand what to do 

 

can anybody help me to upload program from this plc
