PLC HMI Connection

Hi there

I configured my PLC and HMI for ethernet connection as you see in pictures but when I download the programs and connect PLC and HMI with ethernet cable, an error show in HMI "[2] PLC No Response: 00-01-03" , what is the problem ?

Hİ Hadi,
GLC-296R PLC doesn't support modbus TCP communication. You should use GLC-396 or GLC-496 for modbus TCP communication. GLX-296R includes rs485 and rs232 communication.
