Hello.  I can't change data via phone.  When I change the values on the computer, everything changes.  Help me solve the problem please.

But unfortunately the server periodically goes into a passive state for a short time, then it works again.

Is it related only to the speed of the Internet or can there be other reasons?

Please help solve this problem, because sometimes when the server is in a passive state, the program stops and the current state of the PLC is reset (for example, if the output is on, it turns off, if the counter is running, it is reset to 0.
