PC_HMI connection

I have a problem when I want to connect the HMI directly to my PC (microUSB port on the HMI is connected to the USB port on the PC) and I want to download the program that is on the HMI to my PC. I go on PDesigner Manager and Upload user data , I get the error "USB handle is failed to open" and "communication error" , I downloaded the drivers and executed the installer.
What do I do to get a stable connection?
