I think you mean that when powering on, you encounter that screen. This is the system menu selection setting, and it can be opened by pressing the screen while giving power on. Even you do not press the screen while powering on, if you are seeing that screen, there should be two reasons: 1. The screen has some external material and behaves as if it is being pressed. I suggest you clean the screen. 2. The HMI screen has a problem and needs to be replaced
