The message on the HMI screen says there is no communication with the slave device. There could be several reasons for this error. We ask for a video showing the PLC status LED to understand whether the PLC is in run mode or error mode

Just I wanna add a detail: the machine was working correctly but after high current voltage from my house I get this problem

As seen in the video, the GMT HMI is connected to another brand's PLC and temperature module. Therefore, the problem of high voltage may be damaged those slave devices

so the problem is related to the PLC device, as I understand there is a demaged component on it.

my question now, should we have to change all the slave device module or just we can find the damaged component and replace it ?  

could you please give me a low cost solution to solve this problem.?
